Year 9 Bushcraft Trip
Last week, the Geography Department took 56 intrepid Year 9 students to spend the weekend outdoors, camping and learning Bushcraft skills.
This included shelter building, fire lighting, cutting tools, team games and first aid. A few students shunned the tent for a night under the stars in their shelters. Well done Imi and Olivia for doing 2 nights outside!
It was a brilliant weekend with lots of new skills learnt and a grand finale of an SOS from the teachers to put many of the skills into practice. Well done for rescuing us!
