Year 10/11 Prep & Revision
Years 10 and 11 Prep Guide
With the exception of a small number of subjects that complete coursework, Prep in Years 10 and 11 is based on retrieval practice activities, interleaving and/or examination practice activities. It is set on a weekly basis in all examination based subjects. All examination subjects set a minimum of 45 minutes of Prep per week.
Retrieval practice and interleaving has been consistently proven to be one of the most effective methods of revision. The regular Prep set in all examination based subjects will improve student retention of subject knowledge and application of skills.
