Weekly Headteacher Open Door Surgery Appointments

There are ‘Weekly HT Open Door Surgery’ (2 x 15 minute appointments will be available). The appointments will run between 3.15 - 3.45pm on Friday.

Please click here to book an appointment (these are Google calendar appointments; if you do not already have a google account you can either create an account or book an appointment via your child’s VLE account). 

When booking your appointment please note, in the description field, your child’s full name and year group along with the reason you wish to see me.

Home / School Communications:

Visitors Notice: As per the Robert May’s Home School Communication Policy visitors should not come on site to meet with a member of staff without an appointment. 

If you wish to speak in person with a particular member of staff, please contact our Reception on 01256 702700 or email: info@rmay.com, they will email the member of staff who will then organise a convenient time to call or meet with you.

If you have arrived at school without an appointment you may be asked to leave.
