1st Place - Freya, Castle House
Congratulations Freya! Your entry went above and beyond the competition requirements with innovative motion sensors, detailed motherboard and graphics card, inputs and output devices! We especially enjoyed your inclusion of environmental features with tips for the users regarding sustainability, ewaste and low energy consumption. A well deserved first place winner!
Joint 2nd Place - Florence
Florence's computer had a focus on environmental issues including detailed solar panels, and innovative realistic camera! Your creative, colourful design is held together in a hidden box file! The internal parts included an accurate motherboard. We were impressed, and a favourite from the student voice!
Joint 2nd Place -Bella, Rose House
The teachers' favourite design! One teacher commented it was reminiscent of an Apple design! The entire computer including inputs and outputs finished in white-sleek and beautiful! Students commented on the innovative Virtual Reality mask, and viewable internal parts were exceptional and accurate- well done!
3rd Place Aaron, Jubilee House
Aaron's bold PC included a viewable accurate motherboard- with pleasing lights! He added thoughtful wires (wool) for all inputs and outputs, including a plug! Student voice comments included 'use of straws in the motherboard', 'dimensions are brilliant' and 'the head mic looks real, and fits!'. Excellent Aaron!
