Cross Schools Computing Event

On Wednesday 20th November, Year 10 RMS students made the school proud - winning the cross school computing event! 

Yateley and Court Moor schools participated with 12 students from each school. Students eagerly collaborated in groups of 4 to defeat the computing challenges using Python software in our RMS computing suites. I am delighted they attempted a variety of challenges, including selection, iteration, arrays and file handling. Forty minutes flew by, keeping the Computer Science teachers moving to check their allocated groups programming solutions! 

We are beyond pleased with like-minded computing enthusiasts recognising the importance of community, team spirit and sharing their enjoyment of programming.
