Year 7/8 boys in Cross Country National Final

On Saturday 2nd December the Year 7 & 8 boys competed in the National Final of the English Schools Cross Country Cup.

This competition is open to any school in England.  Normally over 600 schools enter this competition. To qualify for the final the team won the Hampshire round and came second in the South East of England round. 

The final was held in Suffolk and the boys performed amazingly in not pleasant conditions. They finished 7th out of 28 schools on the day meaning they are the 7th best school in England!! An amazing achievement!
