RMS presents... The Wind in the Willows
This week has been Show Week, and this year the RMS Production is 'The Wind in the Willows'!
This riotous comedy follows Mole, Rat, Badger, and the impulsive Mr. Toad, whose insatiable need for speed lands him in serious trouble. With his beloved home under threat from the notorious Chief Weasel and his gang of sinister Wild Wooders, Toad must attempt a daring escape leading to a series of misadventures and a heroic battle to recapture Toad Hall.
Since the cast list went up in July, students have been working tirelessly to rehearse their roles. We have been incredibly impressed with the commitment of the students as well as their ability to pick up harmonies and choreography. This is an incredibly talented cast and they have been a joy to work with.
We would also like to say well done and thank you to all our talented musicians who make up the show band. Everyone involved has worked incredibly hard and it is evident in how well the shows have been received all this week. There is just one last performance left this evening, and then our cast and crew can enjoy some well earned rest, and reflect on the success of the show!
Without the support of the school community we would not have been able to produce the show. On behalf of everyone involved we would like to thank the staff, students, parents and friends of the school who have all made this possible.
